    • Circled the symbols for all notes on the trope sheet.
    • Read names for the trope symbols in Group 1 (first four lines).

    • Introduction to parents/students of what we'll do this year.
    • Discussed what the Torah is, when we read it, and why.
    • Looked at an actual Torah up-close for first time (for at least some).
